1. Digital Nature of Products

All courses are delivered in digital format (PDF + Audio Pack). Because of this, once materials are delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we care about your satisfaction and provide exceptions where applicable.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

• You were charged by mistake for a duplicate order.
• You did not receive course materials within 24 hours of purchase.
• There is a verified technical issue preventing course access.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided if:

• You changed your mind after receiving the course.
• You expected a service not advertised (e.g., live tutoring).
• You fail to use the provided materials.
